Returns Policy / Exchanges
SUPcentre wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
All products purchased through SUPcentre are fully warranted to the original owner against manufacturers' defects in materials & workmanship. Should you find a defect in a product you purchased upon delivery, please contact us directly here at SUPcentre. You can contact us on 09 520 3366.
We sincerely hope that your SUPcentre purchase will be excitedly received and enjoyed, but if it's not the right fit for you we will most certainly accept returns of clean, unworn, unwashed and unaltered items for return. Returns must be made within 30 days f the purchase date. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Pack all items carefully with a copy of your receipt, your contact information and what you need to exchange the product for eg. A different size.

SUPcentre will then exchange the product and cover the cost of sending your new item via courier.
SUPcentre will not offer refunds for customers that change their minds. If the items are not fit for their advertised purpose then SUPcentre will offer a refund as long as the item is returned within 10 working days for assessment.
